Terms and conditions


Please be aware there may be import duties and/or taxes applicable in your country of purchase. Any taxes or duties applicable are the responsibility or the customer. Please check with your local customs office.


Shop online with confidence knowing that refunds are offered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from receipt of goods for a full refund providing the following conditions are met:

  • The product is faulty, damaged in transit or not the item you ordered
  • Original proof of purchase, a receipt, is supplied.
  • Goods are in unworn/unused original condition.
  • Goods are returned via Registered Mail or the local equivalent. Please note that we will not be responsible for items lost sent via UNregistered mail.

To return an item, contact us via email on the contact page. Simply indicate the reason for your return. All we ask is that you return the item in the condition that you received it, including the invoice, and wrap the package securely (the packaging they arrive in can often be used for the return)

Please return your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return shipping will be at your expense however if the problem is deemed to be our fault we will refund the return shipping and send you out a replacement product at no cost to you.

We will replace faulty items with the same product or refund back to a credit card via the payment method ordered. Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from receipt of goods. Please post returns to our address shown at the base of this page.

Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.


We check every single return, if an item is found not to be faulty by our independent tests we may return the item with a postage charge. We reserve the right to return to you (at your cost) any item returned to us after 30 days or not in compliance with the conditions above.


Lithographic prints are meticulously reproduced on 300 gsm, acid free, archival quality art stock using pigment inks. They are coated with a UV sealer to maximize light resistance. Despite the highest quality reproduction standards, nothing is more powerful than the suns' rays, so I advise that your print is hung in a position that does NOT get direct sunlight.


What currency do you charge in?

We work in 4 different currencies. USD, AUD, GBP and EUROS. 

How will my print be packaged?

Your print will be carefully rolled in tissue paper and sent, rolled in a tube.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world. Check the shipping costs and delivery times in the shopping cart

Can I track my order?

Yes. All deliveries are fully trackable and require your signature upon arrival.

How long will my print take to arrive?

It depends on where you are ordering from. Please check in the shipping details section when placing your order.

Are the prints licensed.?

Yes. All prints are licensed by the respective clubs or governing sporting league. 

Duties and Taxes

Please be aware some countries charge import duties and/or taxes on incoming goods. Please check with your local customs office. All prints are shipped from Madrid, Spain

Does my print come framed?

Some prints are offered with framing and some are not. Please check on the relevant product pages.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. Please enquire directly at: info@jamiecooperartist.com for pricing and availability.

Do you produce canvas reproductions?

Giclee canvas reproductions are available for some products. Please see the individual product pages.


We want you to have a fully satisfying experience with us so please ensure that you are aware of any duty or import taxes that may be applicable in your country of receipt. This is your responsibility as the purchaser. Goods are produced and shipped from Madrid, Spain.

For items readily available in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Depending on your location, we anticipate domestic deliveries with  5 working days and delivery to International locations within 21 working days. Should any item within your order be on pre-order or backorder, we will dispatch to you ASAP upon availability.

For items made to order such as our Giclee Canvas range, production will commence upon order payment. For these items please refer to the delivery lead time as advised on each product page.

Items will be sent by selected local and international couriers depending on country of distribution and destination. 

Signature will be required upon delivery. Should no-one be home to accept your parcel, we recommend delivery to a workplace or alternate address.

If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivery to you on more than one occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge may need to be applied prior to dispatch.

Should an item arrive to you faulty or damaged, please contact our Support Team (including your order number) for assistance.


Shipping costs vary depending on the item you order and where in the world the print is be shipped to. See shipping costs in the shopping cart. Please note that shipping does not include any import or customs taxes that “may” apply in the country of delivery.
